Jeanette was delighted with the horses at Hartpury. Mark Johnson and Yvonne Mott’s My Forever Blue (pictured) completed his first international 2*L with a 31.4 dressage score and double clear. Time penalties kept him out of the top 10 – he did a good extra few metres spooking at everything possible.
It’s not been the most straightforward journey – his owners and breeders, Mark Johnson and Yvonne Mott, have trusted the process with plenty of disappointment along the way, and it was so lovely to have them there to watch.
Mike Elvin’s Cougar Mail ran in the novice championship, posting a good dressage, one rail down and clear cross country.
