It was the team’s first visit to Nunney, but won’t be their last.
Jack Daniels (pictured) has yet to finish outside the top 10 this season, and he continued his run of form at Nunney. The seven-year-old, owned by Sally Hayward, jumped another lovely double clear to finish eighth in his novice section. He is proving to be very consistent.
North Astor Cooter narrowly missed out on a rosette, finishing 11th in his section, clear across country but with a slightly expensive showjumping round – however it was only his second run at the level.
Sadly Dissington Wizzard took against a skinny coming out of the water late on the intermediate course – disappointing after a great dressage test and clear showjumping round.
Head Girl Katy Mousdale and her own I’m The One did their first Novice together, jumping double clear for second place.
